Non-contact IC card

1. The non-contact IC card, also known as radio frequency card, is made by IC chip and antenna sensors packaged in a standard PVC card, without any exposed parts of the chip and antenna. A new technology has been developed in the world in recent years which successfully combine the radio frequency identification technology and IC card technology, ending the passive (no power supply in the card) and contactless problem. It is a major breakthrough in the field of electronic devices. In a certain distance (typically 5-10mm), close to the surface of the reader, card completes the data reading and writing work through the transmission of radio waves.

2. Compared with non-contact IC card, contact less CARDS has the following advantages:

1) High reliability
No mechanical contact between contactless IC card and reading and writing card to avoid a variety of fault because of the contact reading and writing. For example: due to the rough card inserting, outside material insert, dust or greasy lead to the failure by poor contact. In addition, as contactless CARDS surface is without bare the chip, there is no need to worry about falling off of chips, electrostatic breakdown, bending damage, which will be convenient for card printing, and also good to improve the reliability of the card use.  
2). Convenient operations
Because the contactless communication, reading and writing card can has operation in the 10 CM range. Therefore you do not have to insert the card, which is very convenient for the users. Non-contact card is used without direction and card can be through the surface of reading and writing card in any direction, which is not only convenient for the operation, but also greatly improve use speed.¡¡
3). Anti-collision
Non-contact card has fast anti-collision mechanism, which can prevent data interference between cards. Therefore, writing and reading device can dealt with multiple contactless IC cards at the same time. It increases the parallel application and virtually improve the system work speed.¡¡
4) It can be suitable for many applications
The serial number of contactless cards is the only one. Before the products shipment, manufacturer has set the serial number without any change. Contactless cards and reading and writing cards are with bi-directional verification mechanism, namely the reading and writing card will test the legality of IC card and at the same IC card will verify the legitimacy of reading and writing card. Before the treatment contactless cards and reading and writing card have three times mutual authentication, and all data is under process encryption during communication. In addition, various sectors of card have their own operating password and access conditions.
Memory structure characteristics of contact card make it a multi-purpose card, which can be used in different system and users can set different password and access conditions according to different applications. 
5) Good encryption performance

3. Features:
1. Signal loading frequency is 125 KHZ (THRC12) or 13.56 MHZ (THRC13);
2. Modulation methods of card reader transmit data is loading amplitude modulation;
3. Data code of inside card is BPSK phase shift keying way with strong anti-interference ability;
4. Transfer rate of card reader is 3.9 KBPS (THRC12) or 6.62 KBPS (THRC13);
5. The data storage way is 9:28 EEPROM for more than 10 years;
6. Data storage capacity is 64 units, including manufacturers, distributors and users code;
7. Card number can not be changed after the seal of cards to absolutely ensure the uniqueness of the card number and its safety;
8. T HRC13 chip can be not only packed as a standard card, but also as chips shapes according to the applications.
